Schedule of Work

1. Commencement + Completion date.
2. All flooring + furnishings are protected.
3. Approval from local authority + building (inspectors)
4. Excavate footings and inspection.
5. Build to damp coarse (Inspection)
6. Build up roof level and construction of roof (Inspection)
7. Insulation roof + floor (Inspection)
8. All under ground drainage if applicable (Inspection)
9. Concrete floor.
10. First fix electric and plaster.
11. All second fixing i.e. woodwork, electrics and plumbing.
12. Final inspection and certificate.
13. All work is left in a plaster finish only.
